Private Clients
As one of the few law firms in Liechtenstein, we have specialists in practically all areas of law. We also make this expertise available to private clients in order to provide comprehensive advice to them.
For private clients, our work focuses on Estate Planning and Asset Succession, in particular the succession planning of companies as well as asset structuring coupled with the associated tax planning. The drafting of testamentary dispositions, marriage and inheritance contracts and gift agreements (Contract Law), estate administration, execution of wills and division of estates or the establishment of public or private-benefit Foundations and Trusts are among the core competences of our Private Clients specialist group.
Successful succession planning also includes providing advice in the area of asset protection, i.e. on creditor and compulsory portion disputes, enforcement issues (Enforcement Law) or issues of Private International Law. Together with our specialists in Litigation, we represent our clients in all disputes involving the law of succession, trust law and foundation law before all courts and authorities as well as in related arbitration proceedings (Arbitration).
We also act as a family office for selected clients and, together with specialised partners, handle all legal or administrative matters relating to their assets located in Liechtenstein or abroad on their behalf. In addition to assisting with Taking up Residence in Liechtenstein, this also includes negotiating Flat-rate Taxation.
