International Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters
We advise our clients on international administrative assistance and support them in such proceedings vis-à-vis the authorities. We offer them legal advice on surrendering documents, clarify jurisdiction and prepare the necessary appeals.
In addition to tax planning, we also specialise in advising clients in connection with the exchange of tax information (AEOI, FATCA, TIEA) and in representing them in related proceedings. Where necessary, we also represent our clients in tax proceedings, including any criminal tax proceedings (Litigation).
