Constitutional Law | Appeals to the Constitutional Court
Among other things, Liechtenstein's legal system is characterised by the existence of constitutional jurisdiction. In cases of alleged constitutional violations, an appeal can be brought before the Constitutional Court as a constitutional review body after all legal remedies before the ordinary courts have been exhausted. We can represent you in the area of constitutional law in individual appeal proceedings involving allegations of constitutional violations. Due to the relevant expertise in our law firm, we are also able to provide expert opinions on all questions of constitutional and international law. Several of our lawyers are former or current part-time judges at Liechtenstein's Constitutional Court and therefore deal with issues involving constitutional law on a regular basis.
